Established in 2021 by Rafaela Batista (bio below), Castelo Business Management supports business owners by helping them with day-to-day accounting needs, required financial reports, and creating a clear and accurate financial picture of their business. We can help make payroll a breeze. We also offer our services in Spanish and Portuguese.

LEADERSHIP
I was born in Brazil, but live and work in Santa Monica, California. I started Castelo Business Management because I love working directly with business owners and helping their businesses run efficiently and grow. I also enjoy thinking strategically to ensure smooth and successful financial operations.
